Shipping
Shipping to all reachable areas in Saudi Arabia take from 3-5 days since date of purchase, in rare events some orders may take longer due to unusual conditions.
*Shipping expenses required to execute a return or an exchange are on the customer.
*Both returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
In order to change or cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible since all dispatched orders are not subjected to change or cancellation.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer returns and exchanges on all items under the following conditions:
- Customers may request an exchange within a 14-day period from the date of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.
- All sales are final, and HAKEEM apparel does not offer any money-back garuntees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase.
- Exceptions are made for factory damaged products, customers have until the courier leaves their area, customers should feel free to open and check the product for any damage.
